Progress:

Clomid Description
As an oral medication, Clomid, clomiphene citrate, Serophene, is used for the treatment of infertility.
Clomiphene causes the pituitary gland to release hormones needed to stimulate ovulation (the release of an egg from the ovary), is a non-steroidal fertility medicine.
Clomiphene is used to cause ovulation in women with certain medical conditions such as polycystic ovary syndrome that prevent naturally occurring ovulation.
If you are pregnant, or you have abnormal vaginal bleeding, liver disease, an uncontrolled adrenal gland or thyroid disorder, an ovarian cyst unrelated to polycystic ovary syndrome, do not use Clomifene Citrate Clomid.
Clomid Dosage
1. For women:
50 mg daily (1 tablet) for 5 days.
2. For men:
a daily intake of 50-100 mg (1-2 tablets) over a four to six week period will bring testosterone production back to an acceptable level. A very common regime of dosing is 300 md/day 1, 100 mg/day for days 2-11, and 50 mg/day for days 12-21.
